Troy Oaks has been awarded the "First in Excellence ®" designation by the Manufactured Housing Educational Institute. This award recognizes excellent relations with residents, exceptional physical appearance and maintenance, and a commitment to education for their managers. Troy Oaks was the 10th community in the United States to earn this designation.
